A video shared by a Minnesota lawmaker claims to show the moments after an ICE agent shot a man in Minneapolis.

The Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) officer who shot Renee Good, a Minneapolis woman whose death has sparked outrage across the country, suffered from internal bleeding after the incident, a Department of Homeland Security (DHS) official confirmed with The Hill.
