Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday addressed the third Kautilya Economic Conclave and referring to the Russia-Ukraine and West Asia conflicts, said that these regions are very important for the global economy.

PM Modi said this while addressing at Kautilya Economic Conclave in New Delhi today organised by the Institute of Economic Growth in partnership with the Ministry of Finance. Kautilya Economic Conclave focussed on themes such as financing the green transition,

India's economic transformation is attracting investors drawn by the country's structural reforms and rapid growth amid global uncertainty, Prime Minister Narendra Modi said. Finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman predicted a considerable rise in living standards for the common man.

Describing India as a sweet spot amid global uncertainty, Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday said the country is undergoing transformational changes to sustain its high economic growth trajectory.

All these institutions are saying that despite global uncertainties, India will grow at more than 7 per cent. We have confidence that we will do even better,” PM Modi said during his address at the third edition of the Kautilya Economic Conclave.
