It's been a month since an Iowa Lottery ticket sold in Norwalk won a $3 million Mega Millions prize. The winner still hasn't come forward.

Kathryn Tosel won the jackpot in the Iowa Lottery's "Big Money Doubler Progressive" InstaPlay game. She bought her winning ticket at Hy-Vee on Fourth Street Southwest in Mason City and claimed her $54,444.50 prize on November 24 at the lottery's Mason City regional office.
