LOUISVILLE, Ky. — Louisville leaders gave an update on the " Reimagine 9th Street " project Tuesday. Louisville Metro Public Works' Department of Transportation will be converting Muhammad Ali Boulevard and Chestnut Street/River Park Drive between 9th Street and Southwestern Parkway into two-way streets.
