Waste management giant Republic Services’ request for a temporary restraining order and injunction against the striking Teamsters has been denied by a federal judge. U.S. District Court Judge Brian Murphy denied the company’s request that he order striking Teamsters Local 25 to stop alleged criminal behavior and intimidation tactics,

The waste management company said that a truck was stolen, vehicles were damaged, and that non-union workers are being harassed by Teamsters.
