Cades Cove Loop Road will close twice in February - starting next week - for visitor safety while crews are working there.

The Cades Cove Loop Road is closing for two weeks as the Great Smoky Mountains National Park works to remove hazardous trees.

Park officials said the road will reopen at noon each Friday and remain open through the weekend during regular hours.
