A historic lodge on the Grand Canyon's North Rim has been destroyed by a fast-moving wildfire, the park said Sunday.

Gunfire was exchanged between a suspect and Middletown police officers during a well-being check at a home in Mohawk Street, the Middletown Police Department said.
