Optimism and strength amidst a tragedy. ZooWorld’s staff is staying resilient in the middle of reopening after a fire took the lives of 7 lemurs last Thursday.

The ZooWorld team has come together to get through the unimaginable. Six ruffed lemur’s lost their lives to smoke inhalation from Thursday’s fire.

ZooWorld reopened on Jan .19 after temporarily closing in the wake of an electrical fire that killed seven ruffed lemurs.
