They’re Savage 🔥 Recipe 450g Strong White Bread Flour 150g Whole grain Flour of your choice 3 tsp of dried yeast 400ml of lukewarm water 2tbsp of Olive Oil 2 tsp of Dark Malt Syrup (optional) 1 1/2 tsp of salt 70-80g of seeds of your choice Mix the dough until smooth and elastic. Add the seeds towards the end of mixing. Total mixing time 12-15 minutes Bake in an oven preheated to 250C conventional o

Belfast Baps! ☘️😋 Recipe 500g - 4 Cups of Bread or All Purpose Flour 150ml - 2/3 Cup of Lukewarm Water 150ml - 2/3 Cup of Milk 30g of Fresh Yeast or 3 1/2 tsp of Instant 2 tbsp of Butter 1 tsp of Salt 1 tsp of Sugar Once the dough comes together after a couple of minutes increase the speed to medium and mix for a for another 12 minutes. So around 15 minutes total 👌🏻 Bake at 220C/430F for 25 minutes. If you want them even darker on top bake at 230C/445F instead Give it a go! All the best Chris
