🚨🚨 The MTA is running Jim Crow 2.0 in the workplace. Metro-North and the LIRR don’t hire prosecutors to discipline their mostly white workforce. But in New York City Transit — where over 75% of the workforce is Black and Brown — prosecutors are suddenly running Labor Relations. And here’s the trick: NYCT hires Black prosecutors as window dressing, to make it look fair while they weaponize those same prosecutors against Black and Brown workers. Representation without justice is just tokenism. T
