Squeeze the moisture out of your cottage cheese. 2. Mix it with your mozzarella and shape into sticks on parchment paper. Top with everything bagel seasoning. 3. Air fry @ 400F for 10 mins (or bake for 20) until golden brown and enjoy! Pro tip: They do melt and flatten a bit while cooking, so be sure to separate them when you take them out
