This is one of the stretch position exercises I like to start my bicep workout with to activate more muscle fibers throughout the rest of the workout. By starting your workout with a stretch position exercise, it activates what is called the “miostatic twitch” which recruits reserve muscle fibers. Once activated, those muscle fibers stay active for the rest of the workout. Resulting in more muscle fibers being worked which leads to more growth. | Lifts.With.Wolves
