Pilots helping pilots 🫱🏻‍🫲🏼 This is a perfect example of how ATC relay works: Albuquerque Center lost contact with me as I was flying too low for their coverage over a remote area in New Mexico. The controller then asked an American Airlines flight nearby to try to reach me, and relay their request for me to switch to a different frequency that would allow ATC to talk to me. The American Airlines flight was still within range of my radio transmissions, so that worked perfectly. For context,
