One-pan Baked Chicken and Gravy 🍗 True dump-and-bake. Season the chicken, pour the gravy around it, into the oven. Five minutes of work. The chicken gets crispy on the outside, stays juicy on the inside. Roasted chicken vibes without the time or effort. And the gravy is completely homemade. No powder, no whisking. Rich, delicious and made in the one pan. I serve it with mashed potatoes from the freezer and steamed greens. My kids love it. What you need: • 1.2 kg (2½ lb) bone-in, skin-on chicken
